    Location: Germany (Remote)

    Travel: Max. Travel that might be needed within the country- 10% of time, expensed by Infosys

    Language : German (B2 or C2), English

    Requirement:


    • Experience in the enterprise customer arena

    • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills

    • Troubleshooting knowledge & skills

    • Degree qualification or equivalent experience

    • Good understanding of ITIL/Service Management

    Responsibility:

    Exchange Server & Active Directory General:

    • Technical experience with on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, and technology management.

    • At least five or more project experience.

    • Proven subject matter expertise in the following:

    • 5+ years' experience in architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, technology management

    • Self-reliant and strong team player, working in a fast-paced environment where technology and customers' requirements can change regularly

    • Understanding of Microsoft's Modern IT Architecture and Strategy

    • PowerShell\Scripting experience

    Microsoft Exchange Server

    • Deep understanding in Exchange server architecture 2010\2013\2016

    • Deep troubleshooting skills with Exchange server 2010\2013\2016

    • Designing & implementing services of MS Exchange server (2010, 2013, 2016, 2019) such as: High availability (DAG), Public Folders, Mail Flow, Disaster Recovery, Managed Availability,
    Messaging Policies, Compliance, Configuring Reporting & Logging

    • Experience in assessing Exchange Servers, health checks of existing solutions, provide best practice recommendations, guidance on clients, supporting customers on their operations in
    Exchange environments which includes change, release, performance, and availability management.

    • Experience with Exchange migrations, upgrades, and optimizations.

    • Deep understanding in SMTP
