    For our client operating in luxury goods segments we are seeking strategic, commercially oriented General Managers / Sales Director for the DACH region ( Germany, Austria, Switzerland ) with the potential to grow and expand within Europe.

    These are two strategic leadership roles responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence. The GM will lead cross-functional teams, establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure the successful implementation of the company's business strategies within the regions.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion in the regions.
    • Align regional goals with the overall company objectives and ensure consistent execution.
    • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of resources.
    • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
    • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to drive revenue growth.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and support, to achieve collective goals.
    • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
    • Analyze financial data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
    • Provide regular updates to executive leadership regarding the region's performance, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Collaborate with other regional GMs and company leaders to share best practices and align strategies.

    Ideal candidate profile:

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (business, management, etc.).
    • Extensive experience in leadership roles including managing cross-functional teams.
    • Strong understanding of the DACH region's business landscape, culture, and regulatory environment.
    • Commercial background and proven track record of driving business growth and achieving financial targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • English and German language is a must.
