Netzausbau in Deutschland zur Umsetzung der nationalen Energiewende wird in den kommenden Jahren einen starken Anstieg des Baus von Hochspannungsleitungen und Hochspannungsumspannwerken erfordern, insbesondere auf der Ebene des -kV-Übertragungsnetzes. Diese Standorte sind über ganz Deutschland verteilt und schließen auch Offshore-Windparks an. Die Umgestaltung des Übertragungsnetzes umfasst nicht nur den Bau neuer Anlagen, sondern auch die Erneuerung veralteter Anlagen.

Ihre Aufgaben - Überwachung der Bauausführung, des bautechnischen Betriebs der Baustelle und der Qualitätskontrolle
- Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Abweichungen und Mehrleistungen
- Fachliche Leitung von Nachauftragnehmer
- Sicherstellen einer unfallfreien Abwicklung
- Durchführung von Kundengesprächen
- Die Prüfung von Materialien und Geräten
- Mitwirken bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung des Projektterminplans und führen des Bautagebuchs
- Führen des Baustellen-Logbuches über Gefahrenpunkte und spezielle kurzfristige Anlagenkonstellationen, Bereitschaftsdienstes und des Baukontrolleurs.
- Informieren der Mitarbeiter zur Gefährdungsbeurteilung.
- Betreuen und Leiten deutschlandweit Baustellen als Baustellenleiter und DGUV Koordinator
- Was sie mitbringen
- Eine technische Ausbildung in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau.
- Bereits Erfahrungen in Bau, Montage und Inbetriebsetzung von Hochspannung Schaltanlagen und als Elektrofachkraft.
- Kenntnisse zur fachlichen Führung von Mitarbeiter/innen, Kenntnisse in der Arbeitssicherheit und der Normen (EN, VDE)
- Zuverlässigkeit, Entscheidungsfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick, gutes Zeitmanagement, Qualitätsorientierung, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse im Umgang mit den deutschen Kunden
- Englischkenntnisse an der Baustelle

Energy transition in Germany
Network expansion in Germany to implement the national energy transition will require a sharp increase in the construction of high-voltage lines and high-voltage substations in coming years, especially at the kV transmission network level. These locations are spread throughout Germany and include connecting offshore wind farms. The transformation of the transmission network includes not only the construction of new facilities, but also the refurbishment of ageing facilities.

Responsibilities - Supervision of the execution of construction work
- Technical operation of the site and quality control
- Early detection of deviations and additional work
- Implement all directives and regulations for environmental protection and occupational health and safety
- Technical management of subcontractors, ensuring accident-free execution
- Conducting customer meetings and testing materials and equipment
- Participate in the preparation and updating of the project schedule
- Maintain the site logbook of hazards and short-term special equipment configurations, on-call duty, and the site inspector
- Inform employees of the risk assessment
- Supervise and manage construction sites throughout Germany as a site manager and DGUV coordinator
- What you bring
- A technical education in electrical engineering
- Experience in the design, installation and commissioning of high-voltage switchgear and as a qualified electrician
- Experience in managing technical staff and are familiar with occupational safety and standards (EN, VDE).
- Reliability, decision-making, organizational skills, time management, quality, assertiveness, customer orientation and teamwork skills
- Very good command of the German language for contact with German customers
- Good command of the English language on the construction site
- Class B/ driving license
