    Dexcom in EMEA is looking for a

    Director Product Strategy & Channel Marketing EMEA

    The position will report to the Sr Marketing Director EMEA and holds a pivotal leadership position responsible for providing strategic direction and ensuring successful development and implementation of marketing strategies for the Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) portfolio in the EMEA region. They will lead a team responsible for defining a clear vision and plan, which includes crafting compelling messaging, positioning, and marketing strategies to increase uptake of Dexcom products. Acting as the brand custodian, the Lead will ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing channels, while inspiring and guiding the team to deliver outstanding commercial product campaign and customer engagement strategies across the portfolio and target audience groups (including HCP's, consumers and payors). Their insights and close collaboration with global product teams are essential in shaping life cycle management and portfolio strategy decisions, by identifying opportunities for new product innovations in the EMEA market to ensure long-term growth.

    The ideal candidate for the role will be a highly experienced and visionary marketer with a proven track record in healthcare marketing or consumer health. They should possess exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to conceptualize and drive implementation of effective marketing strategies & campaigns in a competitive market environment.

    Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction for market strategies, pricing, and Go-to-Market plans for the EMEA product portfolio.
  • Oversee the development of compelling messaging, positioning, and marketing campaign efforts across all marketing channels and customer groups (HCP, consumer, payor).
  • Lead and inspire the EMEA marketing team to deliver commercial product strategies & marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Lead the annual brand planning process for product and campaign priorities across the regional marketing team.
  • Liaise with global product management on lifecycle management and new product needs or enhancements that will drive further success in the EMEA region.
  • Guide portfolio strategy and management decisions to determine the product mix, prioritization and potential new offerings in the EMEA market
  • Foster seamless coordination between product and channel leads for effective launches and campaigns.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather insights, support product differentiation, and inform global strategy.
  • Manage campaign budgets and timelines to optimize marketing spend across channels and geographies.
  • Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master in Strategic Marketing would be a plus
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 8 years in marketing or consumer health.
  • Demonstrated success in leadership roles, with the ability to mentor and lead cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth understanding of the CGM market space, competitor offerings, and healthcare industry trends.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful market strategies with compelling messaging.
  • Proven success in developing and delivering HCP and DTC marketing campaigns and execution through multiple channels (digital, broadcast media)
  • Experience in product management, including bringing products/services from concept to launch in competitive markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, evaluating marketing impact and taking corrective actions for optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with global, regional, and local management teams.
  • Familiarity with market research, business strategy, product development, partner management, and clinical outcome studies.
