    Senior Permitting & Real Estate Manager

    Job Summary/Role

    You have experience leading construction projects and are seeking new challenges. We offer you a responsible role and the opportunity to contribute your skills and knowledge to an innovative and growing company.

    Your responsibilities include:

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Coordinating the preparation and submission of building permits, including reviewing, assessing, and coordinating all building-related fire protection, fall protection, and vibration issues, as well as conducting site investigations and structural planning.
    2. Providing technical project management for construction projects and overseeing renovation projects in cleanroom environments.
    3. Managing property maintenance at the Dresden site, including tracking defects and warranties and implementing necessary measures.

    Qualifications and Education

    1. Master's degree in civil / electrical / environmental engineering or similar
    2. 5+ years of experience in managing environmental permits and reporting to German authorities, ideally in the context of semiconductor / chemical plants, and/or construction.
    3. Detailed understanding of German regulations and law with respect to construction, occupational health, and safety law as well as their technical implementation in approval procedures according to BauO, BImSchG and BauGB
    4. Ideally, have a solid network to the respective authorities and notified bodies.
    5. Excellent communication, planning and negotiation skills.
    6. Technical understanding of permit content.
    7. Demonstrated ability to manage complex permitting processes and meet deadlines.

    Language Skills

    Excellent German and English language skills
