    Intern (m/w/d) - Legal - Abiomed W

    As an Intern at Abiomed in the Legal department, you will support the contract drafting, review and administration process at the Aachen site and in remote work.

    Exciting tasks await you, including:

    • Supporting the international contracting team in drafting, reviewing and administering NDAs, and other types of agreements;
    • Participate in contract negotiations with internal/external partners;
    • Template development/translation.

    Qualifications

    • You are an enrolled student, preferably in legal studies.
    • You enjoy working in a team and are open and sociable.
    • You have a solid level of initiative and dedication, as well as a results-oriented approach and strong implementation skills.
    • Very good language skills in English and German.
