Qualifikationen
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Enterprise Sales, idealerweise im eHealth-, HealthTech- oder SaaS-Umfeld, mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen im Großkundengeschäft
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Entscheidungsstrukturen, Ausschreibungen, Vergabeprozessen und formellen Beschaffungsverfahren
- Souveränes Auftreten und hohe Verhandlungssicherheit auf C-Level- / Vorstandsebene
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung von Key-Account- oder Enterprise-Sales-Teams insbesondere in Wachstumsphasen
