    Being the MarTech Expert you would be part of the Consumer Engagement & Membership Team that is managing three different Loyalty Platforms, the Direct Marketing and Customer Analytics for C&A.

    You sit directly within the team and work hand-in-hand with all tech divisions and product teams to ensure a clear requirement management and drive the implementation of the future Loyalty Tech Architecture & Project list from business side.


    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Technology Strategy: Collaborating with Product Managers, IT Architects, IT Project Manager to define a Marketing Technology (MarTech) / Loyalty infrastructure. Support the process of tool selection, process design and data integration with a strong loyalty, CRM and Martech Experts to finding pragmatic but customer-centric solutions
    • Project Management: Driving the technical projects of Customer Engagement (Membership journey & experience, Benefits, Offers, technical processes, data integration, tool RfPs) from business side and help coordinating the implementations with key stakeholders. Being the interface between the Consumer Engagement and Customer Analytics Team and the IT and Digital Product teams
    • Loyalty Requirement Management: Translate the requirements from business side towards C&As tech teams. This includes support identifying campaign management tools, offer management tools, loyalty management systems, check-out system tool, as well as App & Web Frontend, UX / UI
    • MarTech Stack Management: Translating business concepts into clear requirements (frontend & backend) that enable the different technical stakeholder to find solutions and implement the program
