    Your Tasks


    The Global eCommerce Project Leader is responsible for overseeing the product assortment strategy for our e-commerce channels. This role involves strategic planning, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance our online product offerings and drive business growth.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Strategic Planning - Develop comprehensive approach for integrating eRGM initiatives and product line extensions (white spots) into the global e-commerce framework.
    • Project Management - Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of eRGM projects and product line extension launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, & budgets.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Engage with various stakeholders across departments, including marketing, product development, finance, supply chain and IT, to ensure seamless coordination and implementation of projects.
    • Assortment Analysis - Conduct thorough analysis of product eAssortments, online market trends, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for revenue growth and new product launches.
    • Vendor Management - Collaborate with external vendors together with local team to optimize product offerings, and drive innovation in e-commerce.
    • Performance Monitoring - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of eRGM projects and product line extensions, and regularly evaluate performance to identify areas for improvement.
    • Market Research - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform decision-making and ensure relevance of product offerings in the e-commerce landscape.
    • Communication - Communicate progress, updates, and insights effectively to key stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
    • Continuous Improvement - Continuously seek opportunities to optimize e-commerce operations, enhance the customer experience, and drive sustainable revenue growth through innovative strategies and best practices.

    Your Profile

    • Exhaustive knowledge (Min. 6 years of hands-on experience) of the e-comm environment, preferably prior experience working directly at the e-retailer such as Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, Mercado Libre etc. or eventually working currently with one of these e-Retailers.
    • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the e-commerce landscape and make informed decisions. Able to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, provide clear direction, and foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
    • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, market dynamics, and evolving business needs in the fast-paced e-commerce industry with strong bias for action.
    • Resourceful in addressing complex challenges, overcoming obstacles, and finding innovative solutions to drive project success.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (other language is a plus) to effectively articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and build consensus across diverse teams and geographies.
    • Proven record in diligence in managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of project execution.
    • Committed to understanding customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to deliver exceptional online shopping experiences and maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Open to learning new technologies, industry trends, and best practices in e-commerce and revenue growth management to stay ahead of the curve and drive continuous improvement.
