Creating and editing offers and contracts
Detailed event coordination
Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of event operations
Conducting follow-up meetings
Handling administrative tasks (e.g. scheduling, general correspondence, database maintenance, filing, and archiving)
Preparing forecasts for the events department
Scheduling and vacation planning for your team as well as team meetings
Handling complaints
YOUR PROFILE
Completed training in hotel management or event management
Professional experience in this field
Fluent in German and English
Excellent MS Office skills
