is responsible for J&J MedTech's Interatrial Shunting commercial strategy and performance in Germany,
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for execution and evolution of the German commercial strategy (including organizational and compensation design, sales strategy and operations, etc.) to deliver on launch commitments and drive market penetration.
- Meet or exceed growth targets aligned with broader business objectives as the leader with accountability for the P&L of the Interatrial Shunting business in Germany.
