- Operational performance and control with regard to agreed quality criteria and conduct
- Customer service and daily operational meetings
- Checking and ensuring compliance with internal and customer quality and safety standards
- Safety instructions, training and briefing of new employees
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in maintenance, mechatronics or electrical engineering
- Further training as a master craftsman or technician desirable
- Several years of experience in personnel management with corresponding assertiveness
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good command of English
- Motivated and communicative team player with an independent, committed and condense-oriented way of working
