- Identify and reach out to decision-makers and other contacts at large clients and prospects
- Define messaging and work together with Marketing to scale outreach to target groups
- Drive the buying cycle from interest to close incorporating various client stakeholders
- Demo our software
- Create and present business cases to client for buying think-cell
- Native Thai, Malaysian, Indonesian or Chinese speaker, ideally with business experience in South East Asia
- 3-5 years of sales or business development experience
- Track record of quota over-achievement
- Experience in managing large accounts and new customer acquisition
- Self-starter with can-do attitude and hunter mindset striving to over-achieve goals set
- Start-up experience is a plus
- Management consulting and knowledge of think-cell product is an advantage
- Knowledge in and common sales and marketing tools
- Fluent in English, fluency in German a plus
