Wir sind CARIAD das Automotive-Software-Unternehmen der Volkswagen Group Unsere Teams entwickeln Softwareplattformen und digitale Kundenfunktionen für legendäre Marken wie Audi Volkswagen und Porsche – und unterstützen so die Volkswagen Group auf ihrem Weg zum führenden automobilen Technologiekonzern CARIDIANS in Softwarezentren in Deutschland den USA China Estland und Indien arbeiten daran die Automobilität für alle neu zu gestalten DEIN TEAM Für die Abteilung Business Support Functions suchen wir einen Praktikantin zur methodischen und operativen Unterstützung bei der Planung sowie bei der Umsetzung von Aktivitäten innerhalb der Abteilung Die Abteilung entwickelt bereichsübergreifende Prozesse und Standards um die Arbeit innerhalb des Bereichs zu vereinfachen Dazu gehören Aufgaben wie interne Kommunikation Kultur Ressourcenmanagement sowie Rechnungswesen Das Team ist verantwortlich für übergreifende Veranstaltungen Teaminitiativen sowie Nachverfolgung von Aktivitäten Darüber hinaus stellt es sicher dass gesetzliche Anforderungen Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden Beispiele hierfür sind ISO-Zertifizierungen Risikobewertungen oder Schnittstelle zum Audit Wir bearbeiten vielfältige Themen welche für den gesamten Bereich relevant sind leisten aber auch kurzfristige Unterstützung für das Domain-Management DEINE AUFGABEN Unterstützung bei Projektplaning Controlling Überwachung verschiedener Projekte Mitarbeit in internem Verteilungsprozess Informationen einschließlich Mitgestaltung interner Kommunikationsmaßnahmen Pflege Inhalten über verschiedene Kanäle hinweg Konzeption Umsetzung von Kommunikationsformaten Veranstaltungen abteilungsintern Vorbereitung Termin Gremiensitzungen Workshops Hilfe mit Bestellungen Rechnungsbearbeitung Entwicklung Implementierung bereichsübergreifender Standards Best Practices
