    Beschreibung

    About the Role:

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading an international management team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies based on product strategy.
    • Maximize profit contribution in a business unit by driving strategic customer relationships and maintaining efficient processes.
    • Lead a team of sales office heads to develop talents and create a high-performance environment.
    • Budget planning, market analysis, statistical evaluation, operational process efficiency improvement are key responsibilities.


    About You:



    • A degree in economics with focus on finance or similar. Strong analytical skills are essential.

    • A minimum of 10 years' relevant experience with at least 7 years' management experience. Experience abroad is advantageous.

    • Possess strong communication skills in English; other languages beneficial.
      The ability to work effectively within international matrix organizations & manage change projects is necessary,
      liaising cross-functionally where needed.
