- Operatives Tagesgeschäft (Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Zahlungsverkehr, Anlagenbuchhaltung)
- Monatsabschlüsse und Vorbereitungsarbeiten für das interne Berichtswesen (Ermittlung, Dokumentation und Buchung von Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten)
- Abstimmung, Analyse und Auswertung von Bilanzkonten
- Unterstützung von Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen inkl. gesetzlicher Jahresabschlussarbeiten
- Erstellung von gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Berichten, einschließlich der Erstellung der Umsatzsteuererklärung und verschiedener Meldungen
- Unterstützung der Kollegen für die vorbereitende Lohnbuchhaltung (Zuarbeiten für das Lohnsteuerbüro)
- Unterstützung der Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Teilnahme an funktionsübergreifenden finanzrelevanten Optimierungsprojekten
- Studium in der Fachrichtung Finanzen oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmen
- Zahlenaffinität und Termintreue für Finanz-Abschlüsse
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und Outlook
- SAP Kenntnisse wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
- Offene Kommunikation und Teamfähigkeit
- Fließende Deutsch- und anwendungsbereite Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
