    IT Product Owner - Enterprise DevSec Platform (d/f/m)

    In order to support our DevSecOps department in Hamburg, Airbus is looking for an IT Product Owner - Enterprise DevSec Platform (d/f/m) .

    This role is also available with reduced weekly hours and an adapted scope of tasks.

    Your location

    You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

    Your tasks and responsibilities
    • You will build the product vision based on business expectations and Airbus market analysis with Airbus software standards to drive simplicity
    • You will define the roadmap and build the service offer
    • You will lead the product team in order to manage the product life cycle, both developing the products and operating them
    • You will ensure the implementation of governance as defined by the Cyber Security team
    • You will define chargeback models for their respective features
    • You will ensure that the known product vision is translated into a prioritized product backlog in alignment with the business stakeholders
    • You will establish a two-way dialogue to translate business needs against known technical and resource constraints
    • You are responsible for Continuous Release Management
    • You will work in small and self-sufficient multi-disciplinary teams responsible for end to end product development (UI builder, admin, developer, architect and scrum master)

    This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

    Desired skills and qualifications
    • You hold a degree in information technology or a similar field or bring a comparable qualification combined with proven product management skills (backlog management, planification, risk management)
    • You bring knowledge in software development and integration
    • You have a user-oriented mindset and strong communication skills that enable you to exchange effectively with the different stakeholders
    • You have already worked in an international environment
    • Ideally, you also bring experience in the following areas
      • Source code analysis
      • Vulnerability management
      • Secure code knowledge
      • DevOps
