Join the DRÄXLMAIER Family and contribute to the planning and implementation of production processes and equipment for the Battery division. The Battery Systems sector plays a crucial role in DRÄXLMAIER Group's expansion into new business areas, making it one of the fastest-growing pillars.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize internal standards/processes to support production processes
• Provide advice on planning, selecting, and procuring equipment considering operational standards and application-specific requirements
• Monitor/coordinate the commissioning of highly complex equipment
• Parameterization and securing of processes along with documentation
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of production maturity and series support
• Participate in optimizing existing procedures and developing new ones
• Ensure resolution of complex malfunctions (e.g., process disruptions) in machinery and equipment
• Analyze problem causes, identify, and evaluate solutions
• Create extensive documentation and conduct training on supported technologies

Your Profile

• Degree in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Surface Technology, Chemical Engineering, Welding Technology, Manufacturing Technology)
• Alternatively, technical training with further education to Master/Technician level
• Professional experience in industrial manufacturing or application technology: welding processes, adhesives, joining, camera technology, (HV) testing technology, PLCs, Robotics
• Knowledge of system-based process analysis tools
• Advanced expertise in Statistics
• Good German and English language skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally for work
