- Lead R&D projects for development of new and innovative catalysts.
- Prepare and test respective catalysts in different scales - from lab to pilot.
- Lead a team of laboratory assistants and technicians - definition of operational tasks and setting priorities.

- Support recipe scale-up and product transfer from R&D to production.
- Initiation and assessment of patent and literature searches.

- PhD in Technical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Profound knowledge in preparation and testing of heterogeneous catalysts.
- Knowledge in evaluation of performance data gained in different test reactors.
- Experience with characterization of solid catalysts by various methods.
- Structured approach and strong organizational skills.
- Creativity, team spirit, and flexibility.
- High engagement, decisiveness, and trustworthiness.
- English and German fluent.
