    How you ́ll help us:

    As a Marketing Specialist, you will

    • Support and ensure the execution of the Solplanet brand promotion plan in the region of responsibility
    • Support local marketing by providing critical input to activities such as social media campaigns, printed media, takeaways, seminars, tradeshows, webpage development, etc.
    • Use CRM software such as HubSpot to manage marketing activities and drive sales leads to the respective sales teams in your region
    • Monitor, control and update the local marketing budget
    • Work closely with the Solplanet International Marketing team to leverage global ideas and best practices to drive local results
    • Initiate brand driven activities with customers (distributor/installer channels) and media partners to promote Solplanet in your region
    • Co-ordinate third party vendors to ensure the activities such as marketing campaigns are executed on time and within budget and create a feedback loop to allow opportunities for continuous improvement
    • Regularly report to HQ marketing function head of the marketing by attending meetings and providing marketing reports to the headquarter in China

    Requirements

    Your background and skills:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or a business administration related major
    • At least 2 years of working experience. Previous experience in the PV inverter industry is preferred, but not a necessity.
    • Familiar with CRM software such as HubSpot/Salesforce software is preferred
    • Effective communications skills to interact with internal team, cross function & to external customers/ vendors
    • Business fluent in English and German.
    • Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
