- Lead the Marketing team to create and develop innovative strategies to successfully market our digital and traditional publications
- Enhance and optimize online advertising campaigns to reach our target audiences more effectively
- Coordinate marketing campaign planning process with internal and external stakeholders and ensure execution of cross-media campaigns
- Identify market opportunities, monitor competitors' activities strategically
- Contribute to goal-setting and define sales and budget objectives
- Analyze and continuously improve sales activities through reporting, monitoring relevant KPIs, and advancing sales control through revenue analysis and market observations
- Independently manage and successfully execute projects
- Completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on (Online) Marketing or Communication
- Strong expertise in media, extensive experience in online marketing and campaign planning
- Highly self-motivated, conceptual thinking, structured, and goal-oriented
- Enjoy understanding the needs of current and future target groups and view them from the customer's perspective both online and offline
- Knowledge of SalesForce SalesCloud in daily operations and project work are advantageous
- Excellent MS Office skills
