- Lead a team of 40 engineers, driving technical excellence and fostering teamwork within the battery laboratory department.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives and ensure long-term success.
- Establish specialized areas within the laboratory, including endurance running, environmental simulation, and pressure tests.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement in safety protocols and employee training to meet regulatory standards and gain approval from authorities.
- Technical studies in the field of electrical engineering, automotive engineering, or mechatronics - coupled with a strong business acumen.
- Support sales efforts and contribute to the successful launch and scaling of battery laboratory operations.
- Previous experience in large-sized team leadership and relevant technical fields is advantageous.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
- Excellent communication skills and exhibits a thorough understanding of company policies/norms and operational best practices.
