Responsibilities:

• You will collaborate with a team of solution, service and specialist architects developing Enterprise Level Solutions across a range of technologies e.g. Networks, UCC, Cloud, Security, Service Management, Orchestration, AI, and integration with partner solutions.
• You will engage with customers to understand their business challenges and provide them concepts, strategies, innovation and roadmaps that can deliver effective, efficient and economic outcomes in meeting their business goals.
• You will collaborate with Customers and internally to arrive at optimal solutions / propositions that enable the achievement of customer business objectives.
• You will work with account and sector sales and marketing teams to establish and deliver compelling propositions.
• You will be expected to keep your knowledge on the leading edge of technological, business, and operational advances across key verticals, including Automotive and BFSI as minimum and manufacturing, logistics and pharmaceutical /medical (beneficial).
• You will provide thought leadership and be active in communicating this in the marketplace as part of our marketing strategy.
• You will ensure that your EA skills are employed to deliver quality design methods and application in the sales process enhancing customer and TCL lifecycle outcomes.
• You will build and execute development and communication plans that keep the CE team aligned with latest industry thinking and market developments. You will directly support the development of CE strategy and business planning.

Experience:

Excellent knowledge of telecommunications and communication service provider solutions / technologies

Good deployment experience in delivering of global enterprise technology change programmes

Excellent knowledge of Underlay and Overlay Technologies and operations

Excellent knowledge of Cyber & Security Technologies and operations

Knowledge of Network Automation / Orchestration solutions

Excellent knowledge of EA frameworks and tooling

Good knowledge of tooling to enable business change

Good knowledge of IoT, Industry 4.0 and OT/IT convergence

Good Understanding of Security and Regulatory requirements across major geographies,

Good Understanding of Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud

Reasonable exposure to Open Source Automation and scripting Toolsets, Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, REST API, front end tools, Databases and big data platforms

Behavioural Expertise:

• Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of other professionals globally

• Good Presentation & Workshop Conducting skills,

• Industry Certifications are must which may include a combination of TOGAF, MS700, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, AWS Certified Architect, CISSP, AWS Cloud Practitioner, ITILv3/4, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), or any other relevant certifications.
• Membership of recognised professional bodies is desirable.

Requisite: -

• Should have at least 15 years' experience in industry
• Should have at least 5 years as an Enterprise Architect integrating various technologies and enabling business change at enterprise level (preferably large global enterprises)
• Should have been in customer facing roles across multiple geographies dealing with C suite executives and building relationships
• Should have experience in enterprise transformation initiatives – including strategy, planning, execution and adoption (ideally across at least two industry verticals)
• Should have displayed experience in applying innovative approaches in delivering measurable business benefits
• Should understand Business Finance and Critical Financial Levers to be applied when conceptualizing the architecture
• Should have practical experience of leading a design practice (e.g. TDA / SDA)
