TalenTailors is seeking an experienced Teamlead Software Engineering PBX to join our customer's team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers focused on developing and maintaining the Private Branch Exchange (PBX) software. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain high-quality PBX solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the PBX team consisting of 11 employees, ensuring both technical competence and adherence to rules and regulations
• Autonomously oversee the development process, ensuring prompt responses and maintaining high standards of quality
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments and functions, working closely with various stakeholders such as support and product management
• Collaborate with product management in designing and evolving the product architecture

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in agile methodologies and software architecture, specifically Java.
• Demonstrated managerial expertise in leading software development teams aligned with the requirements of this role.

• Proven experience in quality assurance practices.
