    As Business Analyst, IT Manufacturing Sites (d/w/m), you will join the IT Manufacturing Sites team within the Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Quality Technology organization and play a critical role for the success of our future Manufacturing Sites in Sandoz Technical Operations.


    You will understand local end-to-end processes (supply chain, manufacturing, and quality) as well as the global and local integrated Technology products supporting them.


    Engage with local business representatives to shape business requirements and support appropriate Technology teams and Functions to translate them into new solutions, system enhancements or process changes and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and add value.

    Contribute to improve local/simple business processes, products, services, and software through data analysis.


    Lead/participate in implementation, enhancement, and roll-out projects and ensure that operational requirements are met, and system is adopted by local organization to add value.

    Your key responsibilities:


    • Act as a bridge between local business and technology groups to "translate" requirements and enable creation of value-added IT solutions
    • Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new and/or major upgrades to existing services or products
    • Establish project plan and initiate project mobilization by confirming project scope, estimate, resources, roles and responsibilities for locally managed projects
    • Participate in / lead implementation and roll-out projects in close alignment with the respective Technology groups with focus on defining local requirement, ensure required testing and local user adoption
    • Interface with external vendors to make sure operational activities as well as project activities are well coordinated
    • Ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing & validation. Support validation and testing as appropriate and ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures
    • Coordinate and monitor technical queries/issues/incidents raised; manage the escalations with appropriate Technology groups and support Associate / Director IT manufacturing sites
    • Understand and apply Technology procedures, quality standards and security requirements to all activities
    • Author and maintain site specific SOPs and WPs linked to local application landscape
