Leiter Operations Excellence Management
Ihr Aufgabengebiet: Leitung des Bereichs Operations Excellence Management inkl. Planung und Koordination aller Aufgaben sowie Sicherstellung der Qualität mit direkter Berichtslinie an den Leiter Operations Excellence Office.
Mitwirken bei der Ableitung operativer Zielstellungen aus der übergeordneten Bereichsstrategie in Abstimmung mit der zuständigen Führungskraft.
Durchführung von Prozessanalysen, Audits und Benchmarking, Einführung digitaler Lösungen, Moderation bereichsübergreifender Workshops sowie Dokumentation und Kommunikation von Prozessstandards.
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Produktionstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Führungsverantwortung im Bereich Operational Excellence, Lean Management oder Prozessoptimierung
