- You lead the implementation of the BIM approach within awarded projects, ensuring proper education, coaching, and application at process and product level
- You collaborate closely with contractors to assess capabilities, provide coaching, training, and other improvements as needed to implement the BIM approach effectively
- You serve as the primary contact point withing the project organisation for project leads, sub-project leads, technical specialists regarding BIM topics and you will be supported by experienced BIM advisor(s)
- You will continously improve the BIM approach together with other BIM Project Managers, the project management line organisation and other relevant departments ensuring the implementation of lessons learned
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree as a civil engineer, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, architect or comparable and an academic level of thinking and working
- You have experience inBuilding Information Management, at least 3 years and you worked as a project manager in infrastructure projects, ideally 5 years
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams
- You demonstrated ability to engage and influence at all levels within an international project organization and you see change as an opportunity and act as an BIM ambassador
- You are able to manage at a strategic and tactical level while generating practical solutions in a fast-moving and challenging environment
- You are fluentin Englishand German, besides you are willing to travel as per project needs
