- As a Quality Engineer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the proper implementation of failure analyses and corresponding documentation from receipt of the customer complaint to its conclusion at the customer.
- You will record and process customer complaints and be the first point of contact for our customers and the internal departments (Sales & Marketing, Production, Development) in relation to customer complaints.
- You will also be responsible for the electrical, application and visual analysis of failed parts from customer complaints.
- You will create interim reports and 8D reports.
- You will work on the continuous improvement of processes and systems and develop new analysis equipment and methods for new products.
- You have a degree in physics or electrical engineering / electronics from a technical university or are a technician with many years of professional experience in the field of the tasks described above.
- You have 3-5 years of professional experience in working with semiconductors and knowledge of semiconductor physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, semiconductor electronics; preferably in the automotive supply industry.
- You have experience with common QM problem-solving methods such as 5Why and have ideally already worked with SAP.
- You are characterized by an independent way of working, analytical thinking and a high level of quality awareness.
- You have good organizational skills, are a strong communicator and a team player.
- Good German and English skills round off your profile.
