- Be a core, strategic, and trusted member of the AWS AGS PXT team
- Be accountable for constructing and propelling the people agenda to yield results, including developing initiatives to enhance performance and expedite the business's expansion
- Oversee the yearly HR talent management cycle concerning Talent and Performance Management, Compensation Management, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development for the organizations
- Collaborate with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills evaluation and enhancement
- Masters Degree in HR or MBA
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably working with Cloud/Tech Sales professionals
- Experience in overseeing and driving organizational change, and strategic HR management
- Essential leadership principles for the role: customer obsession, ownership, continuous learning, earning trust, and a bias for action
