- Exportkontrollrechtliche Güterklassifizierung
- Prüfung von Ausfuhrvorhaben
- Genehmigungsmanagement & Kontakt mit den Behörden (BAFA, Zoll)
- Digitalisierung von Exportkontrollprozessen
- Weiterentwicklung & Optimierung des Internal Compliance Programs
- Durchführung interner Audits
- Sicherstellung von Compliance mit den außenwirtschaftsrechtlichen Vorschriften
- Bericht an und Unterstützung des Leiters der Exportkontrolle
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsrecht oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung in der Exportkontrolle und/oder im Präferenzrecht
- Kenntnisse im Zollrecht, insbesondere im Präferenzmanagement
- Kenntnisse der deutschen, EU- und US-amerikanischen Ausfuhrkontrollvorschriften (EAR) sowie im Bereich Sanktionen und Embargos (wünschenswert)
- Interesse an Politik und wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
- Erfahrung in SAP, insbesondere SAP GTS (wünschenswert)
- Motivation und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Eigeninitiative und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Zuverlässigkeit, Gewissenhaftigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
