    quantilope is looking for a fully remote Working Student in Revenue Operations to join our Marketing organization. As a working student based in Germany you will support our team with a variety of tasks and projects that are geared towards enabling the Marketing Team to function more effectively through the use of technology and data.

    Aufgaben


    What you will be doing:

    • Assist with data management tasks such as data cleansing, data deduping and list imports into Marketo
    • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and structure of different marketing technology (MarTech) tools such as Marketo, Databox, Salesforce and more.
    • Support the marketing team with basic troubleshooting on our MarTech
    • Contribute to the upkeep of "How to" guides and documentation for the wider team
    • You will on occasion work cross functionally with the marketing team and with sales operations to handle lead flow or campaign support.
    • Support ad-hoc initiatives to trial new features within our tech stack.
    • You will be empowered to bring innovative ideas.

    Please note that this is a Marketing Operations role which is extremely focused on technology, data, customer experiences, processes and generating leads. This is NOT a traditional marketing role - you will not be doing any marketing.

    Qualifikation


    Who you are:

    • You are enrolled as a student and are eager to support our great colleagues from Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations and Marketing.
    • You must have excellent English language skills both oral and written.
    • You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an independent work ethic.
    • You must be self motivated and driven to succeed in this fully remote role.
    • You must be highly organised to operate in a fast moving, fast growing and ever evolving environment
    • You must show determination and grit to see things through to completion particularly for repetitive tasks
    • You are comfortable with learning new tools including the following; e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, Hubspot and many more). Training will be provided for each tool - desire and excitement to learn them helps a lot
    • You resonate with our culture values.
      Nice to have:
    • You have some experience using marketing automation tools (can be Pardot, Hubspot, Mailchimp or similar).
    • You have an understanding of traditional marketing and how technology can enable better, more efficient experiences.
