For our Kiel location, we are looking to strengthen our team by hiring:

Sustainability Specialist in Customer Business (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• You will be the contact person for larger commercial customers with an annual turnover of at least 2.5 million euros, as well as corresponding customers from specialized segments, in all sustainability-related matters in close collaboration with primary customer advice.
• Your tasks include identifying areas for sustainable development of the customer-specific business model and the need for transformation financing, including the integration of public funding.
• You will assist customers in managing their sustainability activities, including meeting reporting requirements.
• Your responsibilities include supporting and training primary customer advisors in all commercial segments and financing advisors in real estate financing, as well as their managers, regarding sustainability in customer business.
• You will contribute to the strategic and conceptual development of advisory processes related to sustainability.

Your Profile:

• You have completed training as a bank clerk with further qualification such as a Sparkasse/banking management degree or similar further education.
• You have a sense for our business customers and their needs, ideally with at least two years of experience in customer advising with larger commercial clients.
• You have experience in conceptual work, and you impress with entrepreneurial thinking, focusing on the customer's perspective.
• You have a confident demeanor and the ability to present complex issues in a way that is tailored to the audience.
• You naturally embody a strong service-oriented mentality combined with a high sense of quality.
