The Technology Workstream Lead for the Sandoz STEP Transformation Program is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the integration and implementation of new technologies within the transformation initiative.This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge and leadership skills to ensure that the technology workstream aligns with the overall program and business objectives delivering high-quality results and driving business transformation.
The Technology Workstream Lead Finance specifically owns the following capabilities: Financial Accounting Financial Planning & Forecasting Financial Consolidation & Reporting Tax Management Travel & Expense Mgmt Treasury Management Therefore this role is accountable for delivery of all in scope tech solutions across whole Finance value chain
- Leadership Strategy: Lead technology workstream by developing executing comprehensive strategies that align with overall goals of STEP Transformation Program.
- Technology Integration Oversee integration multiple technologies ensuring seamless interoperability optimal performance.
