    Position: Ecotoxicology Expert

    About us

    We are looking for a passionate individual to join our expanding Environment Team in Europe. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in environmental risk assessments and study monitoring. As part of our team, you will play a key role in delivering ecotoxicology work, enhancing the team's capabilities, and managing work schedules.

    Main duties include:

    • Data Gap Analysis (DGA) and early phase testing strategy
    • Providing argumentation for waiving certain studies when feasible
    • Designing and overseeing ecotoxicological studies in laboratory and field settings
    • Preparing relevant sections of registration dossiers and conducting risk assessments
    • Collaborating with a diverse project team to develop comprehensive documentation
    • Offering strategic advice to clients and engaging with Regulatory Authorities
    • Conducting peer reviews of team members' work
    • Various tasks related to substance and product registration in Europe and the UK

    Profile

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Relevant scientific degree
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in EU/UK regulatory regimes
    • Ability to interpret data accurately and develop practical solutions
    • Strong team player with decision-making skills
    • Experience in laboratory tests and higher tier studies
    • Independent worker with attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proficiency in English

    Desired Skills:

    • Knowledge of IUCLID
