Requirements:

- Completed university degree (Bachelor) with a focus on business informatics or equivalent qualifications
- Practical experience in the project-like introduction and further development of IT processes, particularly in requirements management and service provider control
- Experience in contract management, including budgeting and controlling, ideally knowledge of EVB-IT
- Strong communication skills, particularly in collaboration with committees and interest groups
- Commitment and the right attitude to drive the digitalization of administration and further develop IT processes

Responsibilities:

- Ensuring the proper operation of IT processes at ZIT in the Dataport data center, including coordination of documentation and ensuring data protection and security
- Management of budgetary resources, conducting invoice audits, and budget monitoring
- Controlling ongoing contracts, updating and compliance with service level agreements
- Recording and evaluation of requirements for introduced IT processes with subsequent commissioning of external service providers to implement these requirements
- Organization and conduct of state and nationwide committee meetings, including invitation management, agenda design, and documentation

Join the team at ZIT in *Kiel* for three years, with subsequent ongoing *permanent employment at Dataport*, as a *Digitalization Consultant (m/f/d)*.
