Über die Position
Wir suchen eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Supervisor für mechanische Gebäudedienste auf der Baustelle, um unser HVDC-Team bei Hitachi Energy zu verstärken. In dieser Rolle koordinierst und überwachst Du die Installation der mechanischen Systeme im Rahmen der Lieferung der HVDC-Konverterstation in Bergrheinfeld, Bayern.
Das kannst Du bewirken
Du überwachst alle Aktivitäten zur Installation mechanischer Systeme direkt auf der Baustelle
Du entwickelst und setzt detaillierte Arbeits- und Zeitpläne für Aufgaben im Bereich mechanische Systeme um – abgestimmt auf die Gesamtprojektmeilensteine
Du führst regelmäßige Inspektionen durch, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Arbeiten den Projektspezifikationen, Qualitätsstandards und geltenden Bauvorschriften entsprechen – und behebst Abweichungen zeitnah
Du sorgst für die Einhaltung aller Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften auf der Baustelle
Du erstellst bzw. prüfst Prüfpläne (ITPs) und Prüfberichte (ITRs), führst Tagesprotokolle und Fortschrittsberichte und dokumentierst alle relevanten Informationen
Du stellst sicher, dass alle Ausführungsunterlagen aktuell und verfügbar sind
Du berichtest regelmäßig über den Fortschritt an das Projektmanagement und koordinierst markierte Zeichnungen mit Subunternehmern und dem Engineering-Team
Du erkennst Herausforderungen frühzeitig und löst sie in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und Projektbeteiligten
Du kommunizierst effektiv mit Projektleitern, Ingenieur:innen, Subunternehmern und weiteren relevanten Parteien, um einen reibungslosen Projektablauf sicherzustellen
Das bringst Du mit
Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Mechatronik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bauüberwachung mechanischer Systeme – idealerweise in großen Industrie- oder Infrastrukturprojekten
Fundierte Kenntnisse in mechanischen Prinzipien, Bauverfahren, Materialien und relevanten Bauvorschriften
Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen, Schaltplänen und Spezifikationen
Ein hohes Sicherheitsbewusstsein und fundiertes Wissen über Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Führerschein und eigenes Fahrzeug vorhanden
Erfahrung mit Projektmanagementsoftware und MS Office
Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität für den Einsatz auf verschiedenen Baustellen
