    Beschreibung

    Would you like to use your leadership skills in a dynamic environment and take on a central role in the production management of an established company in the healthcare industry ? On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced and committed individual for the position of Team Leader Scheduling (m/f/d) . You will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of a team of nine and will have the opportunity to shape smooth production processes.     • Your tasks

  • Technical and disciplinary management of a team of 9 employees at 2 locations
  • Responsibility for the production control of the company
  • Optimization of scheduling and work processes for efficient production control
  • Implementing new standards and ensuring compliance in scheduling and production control
  • Managing and updating master data for materials, work plans, parts lists and scheduling parameters
  • Monitoring key production figures such as deadlines, throughput times, inventories and team utilization
  • Close cooperation with related areas such as purchasing, quality management and service
  • Ensuring the continuous processing of error messages and lists

    • Your profile

  • Completed technical or business studies or completed commercial training
  • Experience in a position with management responsibility in the area of work preparation or production logistics
  • Experience in dealing with industrial planning systems and ideally with SAP systems
  • Structured and team-oriented way of working and very good communication skills
