    We are looking for a Business and Finance Analyst (f/m/d) to join our team at Innomotics – A Siemens Business.

    Your future role.
    • Researches, analyzes, consolidates and interprets financial data in Accounting and Controlling using statistical and data analytics methods, processes and technologies to create information on finance-relevant value flows
    • Conducts processing, cleansing and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.
    • Applies data mining methods for detailed data analysis and derives relevant insights based on an in-depth understanding of finance, accounting and controlling.
    • Acquires data from primary or secondary data sources, operates and optimizes pre-defined tools, finance applications, other key financial instruments and/or data management systems.
    • Visualization of complex data in reports incl. diagrams and graphs
    • Provides suitable reporting and communicates results to various stakeholders (e.g. CFO, Head of Accounting and Controlling Departments, Sales Organization)
    • Ad hoc analysises of business and financial data
    • Support strategic decisions with providing reliable data
    Your profile.
    • University degree in economics, business administration, computer science or comparable studies
    • First experience in Finance departments, controlling or similar
    • First experience in international business with focus on service and system business
    • Excellent knowledge in MS Office, connecting ERP systems with Snowflake, Power BI or other data analysis tools
    • Practical experience in consulting with a focus of process analysis, optimization or digitalization within the finance domain
    • Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential, and knowledge of Germna is advantageous
