- Preparation, revision, and maintenance of the system and workflow documents
- Study of performance, capacity, and measurement accuracy for improvement
- FMEA, root cause analysis, and statistical analysis of the systems and test results
- University degree in electrical, mechanical, or other similar engineering disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience based on educational credentials
- Experience with characterization and reliability test systems
- Understanding of industry quality standards and vocabulary (AEC-Q101)
- Time and task management skills
- Communication and documentation skills
- Hardware/ Software/ Embedded design experience
- Quality mindset and attention to detail with an analytical approach
- Proficiency in German and English language
