- Organisation und Führen eines Teams aus z.B. Dispositions-, Verpackungs-, Bedarfs- und Kapazitätsplanern oder anderen SC-Planern zur Steuerung und Optimierung relevanter Planungsprozesse und -aktivitäten
- Implementierung von Supply Chain Planungsstrategien und Unterstützung der Strategieentwicklung.
- Festlegung und Verbesserung von Planungsprozessen, -methoden, -richtlinien und -systemen gemäß den Geschäftsanforderungen und -zielen.
- Überwachung der Aktivitäten innerhalb des Teams inklusive entsprechender Anpassung an die vorgegebenen Standards.
- Identifikation und Korrektur der Abweichungen von Standards inklusive Auflösung von Kapazitäts- / Ressourcenengpässen.
- Organisation relevanter Analysen und Recherchen und Meldung der Ergebnisse an den Manager.
- Prüfung der Versorgungssituation interner und externer Lieferanten
- Sicherstellung der Auflösung von segmentübergreifenden Engpässen (intern/extern)
- Monitoring der Liefertermintreue entlang der Beschaffungs- und Fertigungskette, Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen
- Vertretung des Werks gegenüber Vertrieb, SCM und dem Kunden bei segmentübergreifenden Engpassfällen und bei Eskalationen zu Termin und Menge
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL, Logistik oder Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain/Logistik
- Sicheres, souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern
- Pragmatismus, Kostenorientierung und eine unternehmerische Denkweise
- Hohe analytische/strategische/konzeptionelle Kompetenz/Fähigkeit
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative, Teamorientierung
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und SAP-Kenntnisse erforderlich
