- You will shape the product portfolio for Milling Round Tools throughout the product lifecycle.
- After conducting market research to identify customer needs and industry trends, you will translate those insights into product requirements.
- You will compose business proposals for new products and present them in front of the management team.
- Developing strategic plans to penetrate new markets or expand market share for milling Round Tools will be an important part of your responsibilities.
- You will work closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to coordinate product launches and promotions.
- Participation in international project teams and presenting status reports and proposals at steering group meetings will be part of your responsibilities.
- You will evaluate product performance by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue and market share.
- Across the organization, you will communicate product updates and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Areas for optimization and growth will be identified by you by analyzing data from customer interactions and market research.
- You will provide technical support and assist in testing prototypes both in-house and at customer sites.
- You will lead product launches regarding training, promotional activities, videos, press releases, and roadshows.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in product management, sales or engineering
- Strategic thinking capabilities and a can-do-attitude
- Strong affinity for technical topics#
- Ability to recognize long-term developments and trends
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills in an international environment
- Proficient in English, additional languages are a plus
