A leading investment banking boutique is currently seeking a candidate at the Associate/VP level for their growing Technology team in Munich. Fluency in German is a must for this role.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in M&A with a strong focus on Technology
• Strong proven transaction experience from the M&A and Technology space gained in another leading investment banking institution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German are a must
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience in M&A transaction execution
• Knowledge of the market, including companies, trends, and regulatory issues
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier university in a relevant field
