INTERNSHIP (6 months, full-time) – INTERNATIONAL B2B EVENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Breaking into the event and brand experience industry isn't easy. At SCHACHZUG, you get the opportunity to prove and sharpen your organizational talent and communication skills in real international projects from day one.
You will not observe how B2B events for leading automotive brands are created. You will actively help shape them. From the first concept to on-site execution, you become part of a team that precisely orchestrates complex brand experiences for clients such as Škoda or Volkswagen.
Your role with us
- Support project management in planning, steering, and executing international B2B events
- Independently manage defined project streams such as participant management, partner coordination, run of show planning, and documentation
- Prepare briefings, timelines, project documents, and presentations
- Communicate with suppliers, venues, partners, and internal teams
- Support research, budgeting, and organizational workflows
- Depending on project phase, join on-site implementations including travel

What you bring
- Strong initiative, organizational skills, and a hands-on mindset
- Studies in media, event management, communication, business, or a related field with completed foundation studies
- Interest in business, brands, and the automotive industry
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel and experience projects on site
Conditions
- Working student position or mandatory internship for 6 months
- Flexible start date, possible immediately
- Location Erlangen, Germany
