    What to expect?

    • Implementing our sales strategy in assigned countries, setting revenue goals for partners, and diligently pursuing them
    • Acquiring new customers in the automotive industry through targeted acquisition efforts and identifying new business opportunities
    • Conducting market analyses, tracking trends, and identifying new business possibilities
    • Exploring new market and customer potentials for our products beyond the automotive sector in adjacent areas such as energy management, building technology, and marine
    • Collaborating closely with the marketing team and supporting the development of sales and marketing activities and specific product campaigns
    • Serving as the primary contact for our customer base and handling customer inquiries
    • Acquiring and supporting trade partners/resellers, ensuring their qualification for selling RA products
    • Conducting customer meetings, roadshows, and other events
    • Acting as a sparring partner for our internal product teams and leveraging our internal development expertise to enhance our products based on customer needs

    What should you bring?

    • Successfully completed studies with a technical background
    • Extensive knowledge in using technical IT applications and Microsoft Office
    • Solid experience in technical sales, preferably in the automotive industry
    • Open-minded personality with a strong customer focus
    • Understanding and appreciation of customer needs, ability to build lasting relationships
    • Confidence in contract negotiations and excellent analytical skills to grasp complex technical issues
    • Enjoyment of working in an international environment, appreciation for cultural differences, and willingness to travel
    • Entrepreneurial mindset and accountability
    • Self-reliant work approach and goal orientation
    • Excellent communication skills in German and English, additional languages are a plus
