Join us as a Trainee Bank Clerk/Financial Assistant (m/f/d) in Field Service 2024

We are the Wüstenrot & Württembergische Group, a financial services provider with a team of employees. Every year, we train around 120 apprentices in 13 different professions. The W&W Group consists of 16 companies operating in various sectors such as building society saving, insurance, real estate, IT, and service management. Our goal is to provide optimal financial security for our customers – each individual contributing their part to the whole.

Tasks

• A hands-on apprenticeship focusing on building society saving and real estate financing at our location in Kornwestheim and at a Wüstenrot Service Center in your region
• We nurture your sales talent and enhance your ability to engage in dialogue with customers and prospects
• You will shadow an experienced field partner and learn to conduct consultations on financial and insurance matters independently
• During vocational school, apprentices with a high school diploma will study additional subjects such as insurance principles and real estate, with the opportunity to take an IHK exam with the extra qualification of "Allfinanz". Upon completion, you will receive a certificate as a "Financial Assistant" from the vocational school
• Apprentices with a mid-level educational qualification will receive an in-house Allfinanz qualification
• You will qualify for an exciting career prospect as an independent sales representative in the field service of Wüstenrot Bausparkasse
