    Your Role

  • End-to-end responsibility for the success of your products in the field of instruments & consumables for cataract and retina surgery
  • Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders (marketing, sales, R&D, regulatory affairs, professional education, customers, etc.) in overseeingstrategicprojects
  • Carrying out market analyses and defining product requirements for product development and purchasing
  • Implementation of marketing concepts and coordination of global product launches
  • Main contact for the sales organization with regard to product and application support
  • Continual development of understanding regarding market and customer requirements to back the business unit's strategy

    • Your Profile

  • very good degree in medical technology, economics, natural sciences, engineering or related fields
  • ideally, several years of experience as a product owner / product manager, preferably in sales, strategic marketing, or consulting within the medical technology or comparable industries.
  • experience working with instruments and consumables in the field of ophthalmology or in other industries
  • excellent analytical abilities, exceptional strategic and organizational skills, and a background in project management
  • orientation towards teamwork and exceptional communication skills for working in international teams
  • business fluent in English, other foreign languages advantageous
