    The Director of AMNOG Services reports to the German Market Access Lead. This is a hybrid role in Hannover, with an expectation of the position being office based 1/2 a week, as a minimum. The role is ideally full time but we would consider applicants to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.

    The Director of AMNOG Services must have scientific and dossier writing experience and be able to speak and write in the native German language. Hands on experience in Market Access is also required. The role does not have direct reports however will be responsible for overseeing project related teams for client projects.

    Key Responsibilities include:

    · Provides senior leadership on multiple client accounts or practice areas. Responsible for strategic management of certain accounts or clients.

    · Creates innovative business expansion and / or new services.

    · Responsible for lead proposal writing, contracting, client presentations, and pricing.

    · Supports goals for business unit / service line growth.

    · Recruit, train, and mentor junior staff

    · Supports the development of succession plans for junior team members

    · Ensures timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of all services.

    · Contribute to development of proposals and concept papers that clearly convey the excellence of services with accurate budgets.

    · Develop and / or review study reports, scientific publications, abstracts, and posters.

    · Demonstrate commitment to the firm and inspire / mentor fellow employees

    · Maintain chargeability requirements by providing project input/guidance

    · Consistently meet the goals of the Core Competencies, including: Leading client focus, Driving business results, Delivering quality products, Driving quality improvement and Modeling leadership

    Experience & Educational Requirements:

    · A postgraduate degree (e.g., Ph.D., M.D.) in a relevant discipline preferred

    · At least master's degree in a biomedical discipline (e.g. Pharmacy, Biology, Biomedicine, Virology, Medicine) as the minimum educational requirement with at least 8 years of practical experience.

    · Excellent medical writing skills as well as the ability to communicate complex material in presentations and discussions in a straightforward manner.

    . Hands on experience in market access

    · Expert knowledge in clinical trial methodology and the assessment of clinical evidence

    · Analytical and statistical skills

    · Ability to work well in a dynamic, successful consulting firm, which maintains high quality standards and demands excellence.

    · Structured and well organized

    · Functions as a team player

    · Strong work ethic
