    For our German Entity ( Ecowater Systems Germany GmbH ), we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager Wholesale (m/f) for the German speaking markets.

    Responsibilities:

  • Develop and elaborate strategies to attract wholesalers, installers and other potentials B2B
  • New customer acquisition
  • Strategic management and support of new and existing partners
  • Establishment of a network of independent sales representatives
  • Supervise and coach independent sales representatives
  • Organization and implementation of product and sales training for new and existing partners
  • Develop and optimize marketing tools with internal and external parties
  • Set up and track KPIs to measure and control business development
  • Market research & mapping including competition monitoring
  • Develop new market ideas & approach
  • Representative tasks at events and fairs
  • Independent and solution-oriented client counseling regarding the entire product range

  • • Report to the Sales director for DACH and closely cooperate with other local departments

    Profile:

  • Integrity and ethical conduct
  • Several years of experience as a sales manager in the sanitary installer / wholesale market
  • Proven market and customer focus
  • Keen business sense, with the ability to think out of the box and find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
  • Several years of sales experience
  • Structured, independent and result-oriented way of working
  • Extremely high customer orientation & strong people skills
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Energetic, positive and honest personality
  • German native, fluent English language skills
  • Results driven mindset
  • Technical knowledge of the water treatment business (in particular of water softening) is a plus, but not a must.
