Aufgaben

• Provide leadership, guidance & support to Directors & Managers in creation of procurement strategies & policies
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
• Ensure cost-effective procurement processes & technologies
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies & foster a culture of innovation
• Oversee high-stake supplier negotiations, manage high-impact contracts and identify & manage supplier risks

Qualifikation

• Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 15 years of project management, management and leadership experience in procurement roles
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience in working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams on complex projects
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
