The Civil Engineering and Surveying Office of Wiesbaden is seeking a:

Sachbearbeiterin / Sachbearbeiter im Bereich Fördermittelmanagement (w/m/d)

The office is responsible for planning, managing, constructing, and maintaining addresses, 26 local districts, approximately 250 bridges, and numerous roads with traffic signs. Your responsibilities include:

• Independently processing, monitoring, and billing all subsidy measures according to the Municipal Financing Act (GVFG) and the Near Mobility Funding Guidelines
• Compiling and updating short- and medium-term subsidy planning according to GVFG and Near Mobility Funding Guidelines
• Communicating with subsidy providers and project partners, serving as a contact person for administrative tasks related to project funding
• Reviewing plan and financing documents for particularly complex subsidy matters
• Providing annual support for budget planning/controlling
• Establishing a structure for managing all office subsidy measures and documenting subsidy processes
• Building a structure and communication strategy with external and internal entities relevant to subsidy acquisition
• Conducting subsidy acquisition, project coordination, and funding management for complex projects in mobility and digitalization
• Summarizing statements in land use and planning approval procedures

Your profile should include:

• Completed university degree (Diploma/Master) suitable for the tasks mentioned above
• Several years of professional experience related to the aforementioned tasks is advantageous
• Knowledge and experience in applying GVFG and Near Mobility Funding Guidelines are beneficial
• High level of quality, cost, and deadline awareness
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Negotiation skills
